Online shopping has so many advantages, but what should you do if you change your mind or you realise that the items purchased aren’t right for you?

You can choose to make a partial or total online return.

To activate the online return procedure, log into My Account, choose a date and time slot, then wait for the courier and hand your parcel over to them. You can monitor the status of your return in your profile at any time.
